When you have found a property that interests you, contact us by phone or by clicking the contact button next to the property. Mention the property address in all correspondence. All inquiries will be acknowledged by our staff within 24 hours. Please provide your preferred contact method.

RENTAL APPLICATIONS

An application to begin the approval process can be sent to you upon request. Please use the contact page to request an application.  We strongly suggest that you first visit the property of interest and take a look around. Once you have seen the property, ask the PIP staff member how to initiate the rental process. Our staff will be happy to help you through the next steps of renting the home of your choice.

what You need 

At the time of viewing and/ or application submission, be sure to include your most recent pay statement and/or all verifiable documentation concerning income and ability to pay, legal identification (Driver's License, State ID OR Passport) and necessary application fee. Having these items present will greatly reduce the time it takes to qualify you for the home of your choice.  We are SSI and SECTION 8 FRIENDLY.

Our goal is to make the process of renting a home simple and time-friendly. Our qualification process can be simple if you are prepared.  When attempting to rent a home, make sure you have investigated the following:

  1. YOUR CREDIT REPORT!  Though it seems like a huge task, taking care of your credit report can grant you more opportunities. We suggest you check your own credit at least twice a year. A good place to start is freecreditreport.com.  
  2. YOUR BUDGET! If you know how much home you can afford, you can easily and quickly qualify for a property that is both to your liking and affordable. To determine how much rent you can afford, a general guideline is to divide your annual salary by 40. (YOUR SALARY divided by 40 = Comfortable Rent Payment)
  3. A GOOD PLAN!  A good plan can eliminate a lot of stress. Sometimes life throws you curve balls but most of the time you have time to be strategic and plan your next move. Planning will give you time to prepare for all of the variables associated with moving to the next stage of your life.
  4. USE TIME WISELY AND SAVE FOR MOVING COSTS!If not properly considered, bad timing and money can be the only roadblocks between you and your new dream residence. With adequate planning, money roadblocks can be avoided and your moving experience can ultimately be what you need. If you are already renting elsewhere, be sure to use your time wisely by notifying your current landlord of your intent to vacate the premises.  Do this in a timely manner so as not to incur any additional fees, which can limit your ability to rent a new home.
