RENTAL APPLICATIONS
An application to begin the approval process can be sent to you upon request. Please use the contact page to request an application. We strongly suggest that you first visit the property of interest and take a look around. Once you have seen the property, ask the PIP staff member how to initiate the rental process. Our staff will be happy to help you through the next steps of renting the home of your choice.
what You need
At the time of viewing and/ or application submission, be sure to include your most recent pay statement and/or all verifiable documentation concerning income and ability to pay, legal identification (Driver's License, State ID OR Passport) and necessary application fee. Having these items present will greatly reduce the time it takes to qualify you for the home of your choice. We are SSI and SECTION 8 FRIENDLY.
